Rockwell Automation announced on October 6, 2026, the expansion of its SecureOT industrial cybersecurity solution suite with two new offerings: Firewall Managed Services with Fortinet and Infrastructure Managed Services. These services aim to help manufacturers secure their operational technology (OT) environments amidst increasing cyber threats. The Firewall Managed Services now supports Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, providing around-the-clock monitoring and management. The Infrastructure Managed Services offer a fully managed solution to enhance operational resiliency. Rockwell's research indicates that cybersecurity is now a top external business risk for manufacturers, as IT and OT environments become more interconnected. The new services are designed to reduce risk, improve resiliency, and sustain uptime without adding complexity to existing infrastructures.
