They were attempting to board a flight to Tel Aviv with 19 suitcases containing sophisticated electronic surveillance equipment, including GPS devices, radio signal detectors, and surveillance cameras. The police also discovered unreported medications and a significant amount of cash, totaling over 26,000 euros and 1,150 Israeli shekels. The duo had been in Montenegro on tourist visas and had entered the country multiple times prior.
