Sharika Enterprises Limited has secured a subcontract for the deployment of an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) as part of the Ganga Corridor project in Uttarakhand, awarded by East India Udyog Limited (EIUL). This initiative, under the Government of India's Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS), aims to modernize power distribution in urban areas like Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh. The project will integrate SCADA, Distribution Management System (DMS), and Outage Management System (OMS) functionalities to enhance grid reliability and operational efficiency. Sharika's entry into the SCADA-ADMS market signifies a strategic expansion into a high-growth area of the power sector. The collaboration with Spin Engenharia from Brazil focuses on developing an indigenous ADMS platform aligned with the 'Make in India' initiative. While the financial value of the subcontract is undisclosed, it positions Sharika for future growth in smart grid projects.
