Stellar Cyber announced the results of an independent study on its Agentic Auto Triage capability, which evaluated 138,475 real security alerts over 124 days. The AI matched human analysts' verdicts 99.7% of the time, significantly improving efficiency by closing 8,047 false positive tickets, which represented 64% of its decisions. The remaining alerts included 1,875 confirmed threats and others logged as informational. This technology aims to enhance the operational efficiency of security teams by automating the triage process, allowing analysts to focus on genuine threats. The study's findings were based on customer-submitted end-of-trial reports, highlighting the potential for AI to assist in security operations.
