TeamViewer has addressed three high-severity vulnerabilities in its software, including two Remote Code Execution (RCE) flaws (CVE-2026-92372 and CVE-2026-111585) rated CVSS 8.8, and a privilege escalation flaw (CVE-2026-92374) rated CVSS 7.8. The RCE vulnerabilities could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on a victim's machine through malicious remote sessions, with CVE-2026-92372 affecting Linux and macOS and requiring user interaction. The privilege escalation vulnerability allows low-privileged local attackers to gain root access on macOS. TeamViewer recommends users update to version 15.83 or the latest release, with fixes available for legacy branches. The Canadian Centre for Cyber Security has issued an advisory for affected versions of TeamViewer across multiple platforms. As of the bulletin's publication, TeamViewer reported no known active exploitation of these vulnerabilities.
