Teenagers Hack Seoul's Ttareungi, Leak Data and Disrupt Service

Two teenage boys were apprehended by the Seoul Metropolitan Police for hacking into the Ttareungi public bicycle service. They are accused of stealing a significant amount of personal information from the service's server and conducting a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack that disrupted equipment rental operations. The suspects have been referred without detention under the Information and Communication Network Act.
