A hacker calling themselves Cyberleek says they will publish a complete, playable build of Grand Theft Auto VI, start to finish. Insider Gaming reports the claim covers the story mode and ending credits. The game launches November 19, so a leak would land weeks before release. It also matters for anyone tempted to download "the full game": the fake builds already online are a malware risk.
Cyberleek says the build goes public under one of two conditions. Either their crypto token reaches a $30 million market cap, or Take-Two releases GTA VI on physical discs and apologizes publicly. No deadline has been set, and neither Rockstar nor Take-Two has commented.
The poster also promises more explicit footage, following an earlier leak that showed the male lead without clothes.
Nothing here is verified. Earlier leaked material appears to come from older work builds, so a complete, current version may be a bluff. A token-price trigger is also an odd condition for someone who says they have the goods.
The group has not been empty-handed. August footage showed a character shooting the word "LEEK" into a wall, which suggests access to a live build. An October clip running more than 25 minutes reportedly showed developer tools on screen, per VideoCardz . It is still unclear whether the same person is behind both leaks.
Take-Two has gone to court. On August 20 it filed federal subpoenas to Microsoft and Discord seeking account data, according to Game Developer . The 2022 leak of 90 GTA VI videos ended in the conviction of Arion Kurtaj, so there is precedent for criminal consequences.
Don't download anything labeled as a GTA VI build. Files of 113GB, 130GB and 145GB have circulated, and researchers link them to information-stealing malware, which grabs saved passwords and account data. No independent check has confirmed a complete playable version exists.
Rockstar called the August leaks "heartbreaking for our team" and has not addressed the demands. The game is confirmed for PS5 and Xbox Series only. Rockstar hasn't announced a PC version, and Xbox has denied a report of exclusive PC streaming. Anyone wanting to see the game safely can sample the official material, such as the six in-game radio stations Rockstar has already made public.
