The UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has transitioned the CyberFirst programme to the TechFirst initiative, aimed at enhancing cyber skills among young people. This shift, led by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), focuses on providing targeted support for Key Stage 5 students pursuing cyber studies. The TechFirst programme includes fully funded placements, scholarships, and educational resources to foster a robust cyber talent pipeline.
